Sagola 3600 XPT spray gun—smooth, pro-quality finish with less paint waste and easy dial-in controls. Great for base or clear on cars, wood, and more.

The Sagola 3600 XPT is a pro-grade gravity spray gun built for clean, repeatable finishes with less waste. Tuned atomization, precise fan/product control, and rugged wetted materials make it a reliable choice for automotive refinish, wood finishing, plastics, and general industrial coatings.

Why finishers choose the 3600 XPT

  • Factory-matched aircaps—XPT CLEAR, XPT BASE, and XPT HVLP—so you can dial in atomization for clear, base, or compliant work.
  • Real-world pressure guidance: recommended 1.4–2.2 bar (20.3–31.9 psi); HVLP 1.8 bar (26 psi) for transfer efficiency and control.
  • Air consumption you can plan for—~285 L/min on CLEAR/BASE and ~360 L/min on HVLP.
  • Built to last: wetted parts in anodized aluminum, stainless steel, PTFE, POM, and nylon

Application sweet spot

Run the gun in its recommended window—start near 2.0 bar for CLEAR/BASE, or 1.8 bar for HVLP—then trim fan and product for pattern and flow. Keep the gun perpendicular and within the advised distance: EPA 15–20 cm; HVLP 12–15 cm for best transfer and finish.

Setup tips (fast, consistent results)

  • Open fan and product, spray a test pass, then close down to target flow/pattern—don’t chase finish with excess pressure.
  • Use clean, dry air with coalescing filtration; size compressor volume to match your chosen aircap
  • Maintain perpendicular gun travel and consistent distance to maximize transfer.

Safety & compliance

Do not exceed 4 bar static pressure. For ATEX areas, ground the equipment and use static-free air hoses. Follow manufacturer safety guidance for coating materials and thinners.
